Day 41 Back to sea and on to Troon 14/07/16

The Crinan canal took us through some beautiful scenery and gave us all a chance of a break, particularly Martin. It was good to get back to sea though and we were straight into downwind sailing with the Asymmetric spinnaker.

The winds continued to change forcing us to change and trim our sails as we continued our game of chess with nature. Later in the afternoon as we were approaching Troon the wind was coming directly over the stern so we hoisted the tri radial spinnaker and pole for the first time. She carried Tikka well and we arrived in Troon yacht haven at 2120.
